1. About Us
Buddha Tours and Travels is a registered travel agency operating from Tirth Apartment 204, Ghanshyam
Nagar, Dwarka, Gujarat 361335, India. We specialize in Gujarat tourism including pilgrimage tours,
wildlife safaris, beach holidays, and taxi rental services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment as agreed upon.
A booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp or email after payment.
Tour prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change based on season, group size, and availability.
All package prices listed on this website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on
customization.
3. Payments
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or cash as mutually agreed.
A partial advance is required to confirm your booking.
The balance must be paid before or on the day of departure, as agreed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Please read this section carefully before booking.
More than 7 days before travel: Full refund of advance paid, minus any booking fees
already incurred.
3–7 days before travel: 50% of the advance amount is non-refundable.
Less than 3 days before travel: No refund on advance payment.
No-show: No refund applicable.
Safari bookings (Gir National Park) are subject to the Forest Department's cancellation rules and may be
non-refundable once permits are obtained.
5. What's Included / Excluded
Each package page on our website clearly lists what is included and excluded in that specific package.
Please review these details before booking. Items not listed as "included" are the sole responsibility
of the traveler.
6. Taxi & Vehicle Services
All vehicle bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
Rates shown on the website (per km) are indicative and final quotes will be provided on inquiry.
Waiting charges, toll taxes, parking fees, and state permit fees (if any) are to be borne by the
customer.
Our drivers are professional, experienced, and licensed. However, we are not liable for delays
caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Buddha Tours and Travels acts as an organizer and is not liable for any personal injury, loss,
theft, or damage during the tour.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, or
other events beyond our control (force majeure).
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. We can assist in recommending providers.
8. Safari & Permit Bookings
For wildlife safaris (Gir National Park, Devalia Safari Park), permits are obtained from the Forest
Department of Gujarat. Entry is subject to their rules, availability, and the decision of forest
authorities. We cannot guarantee lion sightings or specific animal encounters.
9. Hotel Bookings
Hotel rooms are booked on your behalf based on your preferences and availability. Check-in/check-out
times are governed by hotel policy. We are not responsible for hotel service quality beyond what is
advertised.
10. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must carry valid government-issued photo ID at all times.
It is the traveler's responsibility to carry appropriate clothing for the climate and activities.
Travelers must behave respectfully at all religious sites and with local communities.
Any damage to vehicles, hotel property, or safari equipment will be the financial responsibility of
the traveler.
11. Changes to Tours
We reserve the right to alter itineraries, routes, or schedules if required due to safety concerns,
weather, road conditions, or any other factor. We will communicate any significant changes to you
promptly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of courts in Dwarka, Gujarat.
